Genesis – Abacab

Released in 1981, Abacab marked a major shift in Genesis' sound, moving further away from their progressive rock roots and diving into the synth-driven pop and art rock style that defined their 1980s success. With Phil Collins on vocals, this album features the punchy title track "Abacab," the catchy "No Reply At All," and the moody "Man on the Corner."

This U.S. pressing (Atlantic – SD 19313) includes the iconic abstract artwork by Bill Smith, one of several color variants used during the original run. This is the orange/green/blue version.
