Tony Almerico's Band - Dixieland Clambake on Bourbon Street

A spirited slice of traditional New Orleans jazz, Dixieland Clambake on Bourbon Street features trumpeter and bandleader Tony Almerico leading a lively ensemble through a program of Dixieland standards and blues. Almerico was a fixture of the New Orleans jazz scene, and this recording captures the loose, ensemble-driven style associated with the city's clubs and jam sessions.
